Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Design and Implementation: Develop and implement efficient and reliable pipeline systems for water distribution, considering factors such as terrain, material selection, and environmental impact.
  • Overhead Tank Construction: Supervise the construction of overhead tanks, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Intake Well Development: Design and execute intake wells for water sourcing, considering geological and hydrological factors for optimal water extraction.
  • Zonal Billing Technology (ZBT): Implement and manage ZBT systems for efficient billing and revenue collection in water supply projects.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and progress reports.
  • Driving Skills: Possess a valid driving license and demonstrate proficiency in driving both two-wheelers and fourwheelers as required for site visits and project inspections.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling: Place phone calls to potential clients using our computerized directory. Follow a script, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency in our sales program.
  • Client Interaction: Answer potential clients’ inquiries about home improvement projects and goals. Engage in informative and respectful conversations to address their needs and concerns.
  • Lead Generation: Aim to generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Appointment Setting: Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
  • Equipment and Record Keeping: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of computer, telephone, and other equipment. Keep accurate records of call activities and outcomes.
  • Training and Support: Assist in training other telemarketers when required, sharing best practices and techniques.
  • Communication and Feedback: Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff for resolution. Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control and resolution.
